We want you to be completely happy with your order. Every item is made with care, but if something slips through and your order isn’t quite right, we’ll try our best to sort it out quickly.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered (wrong size, colour, or design), we’ll replace it free of charge. Just send us a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Change of Mind

Because each item is custom printed just for you, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Selecting the wrong colour or design

• Changing your mind after the order is placed
